Using a $25 ChaseCam suction cup base from http://www.chasecam.com/mounts/suction/MNT-S30B you can make this in a few minutes with a drill and some screws.

I removed the screws holding the 1/4-20 stud and used that base as a template to mark where to drill the two holes in the Logitech's foot. I needed some longer screws and was finished.

The mount can go outside the car or on the windshield. It handles the vibration very well. With the position inside the windshield, flip AND mirror the image or you will be driving on the wrong side of the road.
